Urban Dance

A high-energy dance form using the latest music mixed with movements that are influenced by some of today’s top video choreographers. Hip Hop is a broad collection of urban street dance styles including breaking, popping, locking, turfing, jerkin and krumping and often incorporates elements of freestlying. Classes will provide a structured method of learning various styles of movement in a fun and vibrant environment.

Rockin’ to the Oldies

A challenging but doable workout set to your favorite music from the 60s and 70s. This class will have you sweating and singing. Perfect cardio for all fitness levels.

Cardio Kickboxing

A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. (class capacity: 20)

Les Mills BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Step Aerobics

Stepping up and down on an adjustable height platform is the basis of Step Aerobics. Developed by Gin Miller, she started rehabbing her knee after surgery by stepping up and down the steps on her front porch. Intensity is controlled by adjusting the height of the step (platform is 4” and each riser adds 2”) as well as the amount of arm movements. Suitable for all fitness levels. All moves can be modified.

Powerlifting 101

Offered every other quarter this class will teach you the sport of Powerlifting from the very beginning. Even if you have never touched a weight you can learn to be a powerlifter and compete if that is your desire.

Indoor cycling

Ready to give indoor cycling a spin? Prepare to drip with sweat, get your blood pumping, and want to come back for more. Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you’ll have a steady stream of feel-good brain chemicals called endorphins.

Strong for Life

This class is specifically for the over 50 crowd. Maintain lean muscle mass, balance and improved body composition no matter how old you are. Look good, Feel good.


A challenging class circuit suitable for everyone! Work your muscles and your core in a combination of weightlifting and body weight exercises.

Ab Ripper

Ab Ripper X is one of the best abdominal workouts around. It builds core strength by using the movements of your hips and chest. The simple exercises are painful, but produce rewarding results. Ab Ripper X should be done at least every other day.

Triple Threat

A mixture of strength, flexibility and cardio this class will put you through your paces! All levels of fitness are welcome and all exercise activities can be modified. Flip a tire! Push a sled! Have fun!
