BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Spinning

FLEX HIIT

This is your catch-all class for all ages, genders, and levels of ability. FLEX incorporates HIIT, bootcamp, circuit, tabatta, and resistance training. The calss utilizes weights and muscle confusion to keep muscles primed and guessing. All classes have modifications available depending on the individuals' levels ability.

Interval

This class provides a variety of intervals which will push you to challenge your comfort zone and keep your body responding. By working cardiovascular and muscular endurance within one workout, your maximum calorie burn can be accomplished within the minimum time! This class is taught for all fitness levels and modifications are provided as needed.

Step Aerobics

Stepping up and down on an adjustable height platform is the basis of Step Aerobics. Developed by Gin Miller, she started rehabbing her knee after surgery by stepping up and down the steps on her front porch. Intensity is controlled by adjusting the height of the step (platform is 4” and each riser adds 2”) as well as the amount of arm movements. Suitable for all fitness levels. All moves can be modified.

Yoga

This class is a yoga flow to connect the breath to body with a perfect mix of challenging engaged postures and relaxing restorative poses. This class can be challenging but available for all levels, the instructor will offer up modifications if needed.

Rockin’ to the Oldies

A challenging but doable workout set to your favorite music from the 60s and 70s. This class will have you sweating and singing. Perfect cardio for all fitness levels.

Shine Dance

A high-energy dance form using the latest music mixed with movements that are influenced by some of today’s top video choreographers. Hip Hop is a broad collection of urban street dance styles including breaking, popping, locking, turfing, jerkin and krumping and often incorporates elements of freestlying. Classes will provide a structured method of learning various styles of movement in a fun and vibrant environment.

Core

Cardio Kickboxing

A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. (class capacity: 20)
