BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Indoor cycling, often called spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
This is your catch-all class for all ages, genders, and levels of ability. FLEX incorporates HIIT, bootcamp, circuit, tabatta, and resistance training. The calss utilizes weights and muscle confusion to keep muscles primed and guessing. All classes have modifications available depending on the individuals' levels ability.
This class provides a variety of intervals which will push you to challenge your comfort zone and keep your body responding. By working cardiovascular and muscular endurance within one workout, your maximum calorie burn can be accomplished within the minimum time! This class is taught for all fitness levels and modifications are provided as needed.
This class is a yoga flow to connect the breath to body with a perfect mix of challenging engaged postures and relaxing restorative poses. This class can be challenging but available for all levels, the instructor will offer up modifications if needed.
Rockin’ to the Oldies
A challenging but doable workout set to your favorite music from the 60s and 70s. This class will have you sweating and singing. Perfect cardio for all fitness levels.
A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! Class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & heavy-bag work. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. (class capacity: 20)
Tabata training is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that has been scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscular) systems. For competitive athletes, professional trainers, and even casual exercisers, Tabata is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles.
SWERK (Sweat, Work, Twerk) combines current HipHop style dance moves with lower body toning exercises to bring you one Booty-licious bod. A true “lift your booty, love your body” experience. Beyonces welcome. No previous dance experience necessary, just come MOVE and have FUN. We can’t wait to SWERK with you!
Pilates is great for strengthening and toning with a focus on your core and for increasing your flexibility. Pilates involves precise moves and specific breathing techniques.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout. This dance workout - which looks and sounds more like a dance party - remains a popular go-to for fitness-minded folks around the world. It’s primarily a cardiovascular activity, “helping to build stamina while burning calories.

Walk With a Doc
Walk with a Doc offers free doctor-led walking groups in communities around the world , including here in Springfield. These ongoing events allow participants to safely walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people. Just Balance by Silver Sneakers
Strengthening your balance on both sides of the body, while increasing strength and mobility from a standing or seated position. This is a Silver Sneakers certified class.
