So you started the new year with new goals, right? How are you doing? Are you measuring everything and writing everything you do down whether its your inches, weight, food/water intake, etc.?

If your answer is no then it is time to change that!

It is incredibly important to write down everything you’re doing.

Every. Little. Thing.

You want to see your goals become your reality but how are you going to do that if you have nothing to measure since you decided to take on this new goal? Writing down what you’re doing at the gym, home, or in the break room in the office ( you got to do what you got to do) helps you actually see a change in your body!

When you see changes going towards what you are wanting then there is a higher chance of you sticking to it! The change makes you excited and keeps you motivated so you can keep going!

You’re allowed to be proud with your progress. Every inch, every pound, and every time you add weight to the bench, etc. Seeing the numbers change in a notebook or an app will give you such a huge reward and it will make you feel confident with yourself and with your workouts.

Every detail you write down is going towards what you want and you are going to want to be able to keep track of it!
